The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

वयमात्मेति यैषा वो बभूव किल वासना ।
तत्त्वविस्मृतिजाता हि दृष्टरज्जुभुजङ्गवत् ॥ १६ ॥

vayamātmeti yaiṣā vo babhūva kila vāsanā |
tattvavismṛtijātā hi dṛṣṭarajjubhujaṅgavat || 16 ||

Those that believe the senses, as same with the soul, are as deluded as they, that mistake the rope for a snake.
