The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

संविदेवास्य तं देहं जग्राहोर्वीनिपीडितम् ।
तनुः प्राणमयस्पन्दः प्राणसंसरणं विना ॥ १८ ॥

saṃvidevāsya taṃ dehaṃ jagrāhorvīnipīḍitam |
tanuḥ prāṇamayaspandaḥ prāṇasaṃsaraṇaṃ vinā || 18 ||

Mutual amity or brotherly love, purifies and cheers the heart of every body; and grows the graceful trees of concord and cordiality, as the plants bring forth their beautiful blossoms and anthers in spring.
