The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.79.8

यथाभूतात्मदर्शित्वमेतावद्भुवनत्रये ।
यदात्मैव जगत्सर्वमिति निश्चित्य पूर्णता ॥ ८ ॥

yathābhūtātmadarśitvametāvadbhuvanatraye |
yadātmaiva jagatsarvamiti niścitya pūrṇatā || 8 ||

"Seeing the soul alone in its true light in all the three worlds," is equivalent to the expression "all this world is the soul itself"in the Sruti, and the knowledge of this truth constitutes the perfection of man.
