The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.79.6

सा शुद्धरूपा विज्ञाता परमात्मेति कथ्यते ।
शुद्धा त्वशुद्धरूपान्तरविद्येत्युच्यते बुधैः ॥ ६ ॥

sā śuddharūpā vijñātā paramātmeti kathyate |
śuddhā tvaśuddharūpāntaravidyetyucyate budhaiḥ || 6 ||

The knowledge of the purely subjective, is identic with that of the supreme spirit; but this pureness being intermingled with the impure objective matter, is termed avidya or ignorance.
