आत्मारामो वीतशोको भवत्यन्तःसुखः पुमान् ।
अभ्यासादेव नान्यस्मात्तस्मादभ्यासवान्भव ॥ ४५ ॥

ātmārāmo vītaśoko bhavatyantaḥsukhaḥ pumān |
abhyāsādeva nānyasmāttasmādabhyāsavānbhava || 45 ||

It is by practice of these methods, that a man is freed from sorrow, and is filled with internal rapture, and becomes enrapt in the supreme soul.
