भूयोभूयश्चिराभ्यासाज्जिह्वाप्रान्तेन तालुनि ।
घण्टिका स्पृश्यते प्राणो येनोच्चैर्निवहत्यलम् ॥ ४३ ॥

bhūyobhūyaścirābhyāsājjihvāprāntena tāluni |
ghaṇṭikā spṛśyate prāṇo yenoccairnivahatyalam || 43 ||

It is repeated practice also, that the tip of the tongue should be brought to a contact with the gullet of the throat, through which the breath doth pass both in and out.
