The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ये वज्रसाराः सुदृढा दृश्यन्ते ते क्षयं गताः ।
कल्पस्यान्ते यथेन्द्वर्कधराब्धिविबुधादयः ॥ ४० ॥

ye vajrasārāḥ sudṛḍhā dṛśyante te kṣayaṃ gatāḥ |
kalpasyānte yathendvarkadharābdhivibudhādayaḥ || 40 ||

Those which are seen to exist firm and solid as adamant, become null and void and disperse in air; as the sun and moon, the earth and mountains, and the godlike people of the antedeluvian world.
