दानादानसमाहारविहारविभवादिकाः ।
क्रिया जगति हस्यन्ते निराशैः पुरुषोत्तमैः ॥ ४८ ॥

dānādānasamāhāravihāravibhavādikāḥ |
kriyā jagati hasyante nirāśaiḥ puruṣottamaiḥ || 48 ||

The best of men that are devoid of desire, laughs to scorn at the busy affairs of the world, and at men taking from one and giving to another, or storing or squandering their riches.
