The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.74.13

चित्सर्वव्यापिनी सूक्ष्मा न चला नैव चाल्यते ।
न स्वतः स्पन्दमायाति देवाचल इवानिलैः ॥ १३ ॥

citsarvavyāpinī sūkṣmā na calā naiva cālyate |
na svataḥ spandamāyāti devācala ivānilaiḥ || 13 ||

But the soul which pervades the whole, never moveth like the wind, nor is it moved as any part of the body; it does not move of itself, but remains unshaken as a rock at the motion of the winds, and like the Lord of all, it is unmoved by the breeze.
