The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

इति निश्चयवानन्तर्भूतमात्मतया जगत् ।
पश्य हर्षविषादाभ्यां नावशः परिभूयसे ॥ ६ ॥

iti niścayavānantarbhūtamātmatayā jagat |
paśya harṣaviṣādābhyāṃ nāvaśaḥ paribhūyase || 6 ||

Being certain of this truth, you will see the innumerable worlds situated in thy internal soul; and by this means you will escape from being subjected to, or overcome by the joys and sorrows of life.
