Verse 5.71.35

कनीनिकापरिस्पन्दश्चक्षुःस्पन्दस्य मारुतात् ।
इन्द्रियस्फुरणात्सैव संवित्केवलमात्मनः ॥ ३५ ॥

kanīnikāparispandaścakṣuḥspandasya mārutāt |
indriyasphuraṇātsaiva saṃvitkevalamātmanaḥ || 35 ||

So it is the internal air, which moves the pupils and the eyelids; it is the same air that gives motion to the limbs of the body; but it is the intellect which moves the soul, and gives movement to its consciousness.
