The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

द्वित्वमभ्युपगम्यापि कथयामि तवारिहन् ।
देहादिभिः सद्भिरपि न संबन्धो विभोर्भवेत् ॥ १८ ॥

dvitvamabhyupagamyāpi kathayāmi tavārihan |
dehādibhiḥ sadbhirapi na saṃbandho vibhorbhavet || 18 ||

Supposing the existence of a duality, yet I will tell you, O Rama, that the existence of material bodies, bears no relation with the spiritual soul.
