The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मनःसंसर्गरूपिण्या भारूभूतशरीरया ।
क्षयोदयदशार्थिन्या सर्वं ततमविद्यया ॥ ४८ ॥

manaḥsaṃsargarūpiṇyā bhārūbhūtaśarīrayā |
kṣayodayadaśārthinyā sarvaṃ tatamavidyayā || 48 ||

The mind which is attached to the world, and the body which is bent down under its toilsome loads; are both of them the fields for the exercise of Ignorance, which elevates and depresses them by turns.
