The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अस्त्युत्सेधजिताकाशः पीठेन जितभूतलः ।
तलेन जितपातालस्त्रिलोकविजयो गिरिः ॥ ५ ॥

astyutsedhajitākāśaḥ pīṭhena jitabhūtalaḥ |
talena jitapātālastrilokavijayo giriḥ || 5 ||

Now this is a mountain mightier than the three worlds in his superior strength. In his height he surmounted the sky, and in his extent he got the better of the ground, and with his foot he reached the infernal region.
