The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ध्येये शरण्ये सुगमे सकलानन्दसंपदि ।
सुप्रसन्ने चिदाकाशे स्थीयते परमात्मनि ॥ ५ ॥

dhyeye śaraṇye sugame sakalānandasaṃpadi |
suprasanne cidākāśe sthīyate paramātmani || 5 ||

After the region of the intellect, is cleared of its darkness, the light of the supreme soul which is the object of meditation and our sole refuge, becomes visible in it.
