The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यो ज्ञो महात्मन्सततं तिष्ठन्त्यवहरंश्च वा ।
असमाहितचित्तोऽसौ कदा भवति कः किल ॥ ५ ॥

yo jño mahātmansatataṃ tiṣṭhantyavaharaṃśca vā |
asamāhitacitto'sau kadā bhavati kaḥ kila || 5 ||

Tell me, O high minded Sir, how can that man be called unentranced, who is enrapt in his supreme intelligence (or knowledge of the supreme), and at the same time is attendant to his worldly concerns.
