The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अद्य कच्चिददुःखस्त्वं कच्चिद्विश्रान्तवानसि ।
परमे कारणे मेराविव भूमण्डलाधिपः ॥ २९ ॥

adya kaccidaduḥkhastvaṃ kaccidviśrāntavānasi |
parame kāraṇe merāviva bhūmaṇḍalādhipaḥ || 29 ||

But let me ask, are you not placed beyond the reach of sorrow, and set in your rest and tranquillity; and are you situated in the supreme cause of all, and as firmly as if you were seated upon the unshaken rock of Meru?
