The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

समदर्शनया नित्यं वृत्त्याऽचापलधीरया ।
अन्तःशीतलया रेजे परिपूर्णार्णवेन्दुवत् ॥ ७ ॥

samadarśanayā nityaṃ vṛttyā'cāpaladhīrayā |
antaḥśītalayā reje paripūrṇārṇavenduvat || 7 ||

He looked upon all with an even eye and in an equal light. He conducted himself with unwaving steadiness, and was as cool and gentle in his mind, as the calm ocean and the gentle moonlight.
