The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चिच्छक्तिरमला सैषा चेत्यामयविवर्जिता ।
भरिताशेषदिक्कुञ्जा भैरवाकारधारिणी ॥ २० ॥

cicchaktiramalā saiṣā cetyāmayavivarjitā |
bharitāśeṣadikkuñjā bhairavākāradhāriṇī || 20 ||

The power of the soul known as intellect, is pure and unsullied in its nature; it is devoid of the dirt of thinkable objects, and fills the infinite space with its immense and stupendous figure.
