The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.56.25

वृत्तिमच्चित्तमत्तस्य विजनानि वनान्यपि ।
नगराणि महालोकपूर्णानि परवीरहन् ॥ २५ ॥

vṛttimaccittamattasya vijanāni vanānyapi |
nagarāṇi mahālokapūrṇāni paravīrahan || 25 ||

It is the nature of ungoverned minds, to view even the solitary woods, to be as full of people as large towns and cities.
