The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अरण्यसदने तुल्ये समाहितमनोदृशाम् ।
भवतामिह भूतानां भूतानां महतामिव ॥ २३ ॥

araṇyasadane tulye samāhitamanodṛśām |
bhavatāmiha bhūtānāṃ bhūtānāṃ mahatāmiva || 23 ||

Dwelling in one's own house or in a forest, is taken in one and the same light by cool-minded men, as they view all visible objects, in the light of an empty vacuum only.
