The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.54.57

चेत्यं संत्यज्य चिच्छुद्धा चित्सामान्यमथाययौ ।
त्यक्तवीच्यादिभेदोऽब्धिर्वाःसामान्यमिवैकधीः ॥ ५७ ॥

cetyaṃ saṃtyajya cicchuddhā citsāmānyamathāyayau |
tyaktavīcyādibhedo'bdhirvāḥsāmānyamivaikadhīḥ || 57 ||

Then leaving his nature of a thinkable being (or objectivity), he became the subjective thinking intellect itself; and next to that, as identic with the pure universal intellect; just as the waves of the sea, resolve their globules into the common air.
