The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तमप्युन्मार्जयामास सम्यक्स्वान्तविवस्वता ।
सम्यग्ज्ञानोदितेनाशु पवनेनेव कज्जलम् ॥ ४४ ॥

tamapyunmārjayāmāsa samyaksvāntavivasvatā |
samyagjñānoditenāśu pavaneneva kajjalam || 44 ||

He dispelled this darkness, by the sun-beams of his full intelligence; which rose in his mind as a blast of wind, and dispersed the clouds of his doubts in the skies.
