The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.54.10

अथेतरांशावसरे प्रणवस्य समस्थितौ ।
निष्कम्पकुम्भको नाम प्राणानामभवत्क्रमः ॥ १० ॥

athetarāṃśāvasare praṇavasya samasthitau |
niṣkampakumbhako nāma prāṇānāmabhavatkramaḥ || 10 ||

He then attended to the other parts of the mystic syllable, and remained unshaken by suppression of his breath by the kumbhaka breathing.
