The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.52.27

यावदज्ञानतनुता तावच्चित्तस्य तानवम् ।
प्रावृट्परिक्षयो यावत्तावन्नीहारसंक्षयः ॥ २७ ॥

yāvadajñānatanutā tāvaccittasya tānavam |
prāvṛṭparikṣayo yāvattāvannīhārasaṃkṣayaḥ || 27 ||

But no sooner is the mind cleared of its ignorance, than the heart also becomes lighter (and cleared of its feeling); as the disappearance of the rainy clouds disperses the frost covering the nether earth.
