The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.51.50

पुष्पप्रकरसंछन्नां मृदुशाद्वलकोमलाम् ।
ज्योतीरसाश्मसंप्रोतैः कृतां मरकतैरिव ॥ ५० ॥

puṣpaprakarasaṃchannāṃ mṛduśādvalakomalām |
jyotīrasāśmasaṃprotaiḥ kṛtāṃ marakatairiva || 50 ||

It was covered with heaps of flowers, and was spread over with a coverlet of green and tender grass; and being overlaid by a layer of moonstones, it seemed to have its floor of emerald.
