The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अन्तः समसमाकारः सौम्यः सर्वार्थनिस्पृहः ।
कदोपशममेष्यामि मन्थमुक्तामृताब्धिवत् ॥ २६ ॥

antaḥ samasamākāraḥ saumyaḥ sarvārthanispṛhaḥ |
kadopaśamameṣyāmi manthamuktāmṛtābdhivat || 26 ||

With internal equanimity and serenity of the soul, and indifference to external objects, when shall I obtain my calm quietness, like the sea after its release from churning?
