The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.51.11

क्वचित्स्फीतमहारत्ना क्वचिल्लोलाम्बुजोत्पला ।
क्वचिन्नीहारकबरी सरसीदर्पणा क्वचित् ॥ ११ ॥

kvacitsphītamahāratnā kvacillolāmbujotpalā |
kvacinnīhārakabarī sarasīdarpaṇā kvacit || 11 ||

There were the bright swelling gems in some part of it, and the blooming and full blown lotuses on another; some parts of it were veiled by tufts of snow, and crystal streams gliding as glassy mirrors on others.
