तैर्नो भजामहे पुंभिर्ये स्वभावमुपागताः ।
शेषाः पुरुषनामानो गर्दभा दीर्घबाहवः ॥ ४६ ॥

tairno bhajāmahe puṃbhirye svabhāvamupāgatāḥ |
śeṣāḥ puruṣanāmāno gardabhā dīrghabāhavaḥ || 46 ||

We revere those men, who have known the nature of the soul, and have reached to their spiritual state; and know the rest bearing the name of men, as no better than asses in human shape.
