The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आबालमेतत्पुरुषैः सर्वैरेवानुभूयते ।
स्वप्नभ्रममदावेगरागरोगादिदृष्टिषु ॥ ५३ ॥

ābālametatpuruṣaiḥ sarvairevānubhūyate |
svapnabhramamadāvegarāgarogādidṛṣṭiṣu || 53 ||

Whatever notions there are in the minds of men from their youth to age are alike to the phantoms of their dream or the deliriums of their ebriety or some (mental) disease.
