The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

इमास्ताः कीरकामिन्यः पद्मगर्भोपमत्वचः ।
कनकद्रववर्णिन्यो लोलनीलोत्पलेक्षणाः ॥ २४ ॥

imāstāḥ kīrakāminyaḥ padmagarbhopamatvacaḥ |
kanakadravavarṇinyo lolanīlotpalekṣaṇāḥ || 24 ||

He said to himself, here are the same Kiri damsels with their rosy skins, resembling the petals of lotuses; and those with their bodies blazing as liquid gold, and their cerulean eyes trembling like blue lotuses.
