The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.48.11

अत्र सार्धं कुटुम्बेन जन्यत्रेषु कुटुम्बिना ।
नृत्तं तत्कृतमुन्नादं कल्लोलैर्जलधाविव ॥ ११ ॥

atra sārdhaṃ kuṭumbena janyatreṣu kuṭumbinā |
nṛttaṃ tatkṛtamunnādaṃ kallolairjaladhāviva || 11 ||

Here the families of the wedding parties, met together to celebrate their marriage festivity; and danced and sang as loudly, as the noise of the dashing waves of the sea.
