The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यदि जानासि भोः साधो तन्मे कथय तत्त्वतः ।
पान्थ संशयविच्छेदे महत्पुण्यफलं स्मृतम् ॥ ५५ ॥

yadi jānāsi bhoḥ sādho tanme kathaya tattvataḥ |
pāntha saṃśayavicchede mahatpuṇyaphalaṃ smṛtam || 55 ||

If you are acquainted with the particulars thereabouts, then please to relate them unto me; for it is said there is great spirit in directing a stranger, and in dispelling the doubts of one hanging in suspense.
