The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

कृतप्रातःस्नानविधावापृच्छय स्वातिथौ गते ।
इदं संचिन्तयामास विस्मयोद्धुरया धिया ॥ ३२ ॥

kṛtaprātaḥsnānavidhāvāpṛcchaya svātithau gate |
idaṃ saṃcintayāmāsa vismayoddhurayā dhiyā || 32 ||

Waking in the morning, he made his ablution and discharged his matins; then took leave of his guest, and began to reflect in himself with his bewildered understanding.
