The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सर्वावयवविश्रान्तां म्लाननामयमाययौ ।
जानुस्तम्भान्तरमहारन्ध्राग्निरिव दुर्द्रुमः ॥ २० ॥

sarvāvayavaviśrāntāṃ mlānanāmayamāyayau |
jānustambhāntaramahārandhrāgniriva durdrumaḥ || 20 ||

His limbs grew stiff, and his countenance became pale with fear; and his knees tottered with inward rage, as the trunks of trees shake with the burning fire in their hollows.
