Verse 5.43.9

कदाचिदात्मनैवात्मा स्वयं शक्त्या प्रबुध्यते ।

kadācidātmanaivātmā svayaṃ śaktyā prabudhyate |
kadācidviṣṇudehena bhaktilabhyena bodhyate || 9 ||

Sometimes the soul is awakened of itself by one's own intuition, and at others it is roused by the grace of the personal god Vishnu, owing to one's faith in his person.
