The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अपि वर्षसहस्रान्ते तयेवान्तरवस्थया ।
सति देहे प्रबुध्यन्ते जीवन्मुक्ता रघूद्वह ॥ १६ ॥
api varṣasahasrānte tayevāntaravasthayā |
sati dehe prabudhyante jīvanmuktā raghūdvaha || 16 ||
Being thus entranced in his inward meditation, he continues in a torpid state for a thousand years, and wakes again to his senses, if he is allowed to live long ever after that period.
