The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

परे पदे परिणतं पाञ्चजन्यस्वनैर्मनः ।
कथं प्रबुद्धं भगवन्प्रहादस्य महात्मनः ॥ १० ॥

kathaṃ prabuddhaṃ bhagavanprahādasya mahātmanaḥ || 10 ||

Rama said:—Tell me sir, how the sound of the panchajanya conch shell, roused the mind of the devout Prahlada from its immersion in holy meditation.
