The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.41.30

सुरासुरैः स्तूयमानं स्तूयमानः सुरासुरैः ।
अभिषिक्तमुवाचेदं प्रह्लादं मधुसूदनः ॥ ३० ॥

surāsuraiḥ stūyamānaṃ stūyamānaḥ surāsuraiḥ |
abhiṣiktamuvācedaṃ prahlādaṃ madhusūdanaḥ || 30 ||

Then blessed by the gods and applauded by Asuras, Prahlada greeted them all in his turn; and was thus addressed at last by the slayer of Madhu—the demoniac Satan.
