The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

विज्ञानाभासमखिलं जगत्सदसदुत्थितम् ।
किं हेयं किमुपादेयमिह यत्त्यज्यते न वा ॥ १६ ॥

vijñānābhāsamakhilaṃ jagatsadasadutthitam |
kiṃ heyaṃ kimupādeyamiha yattyajyate na vā || 16 ||

The whole universe whether real or unreal (or composed of its substantiality and vacuity), is a manifestation of Omniscience; we know not what is desirable or detestable in it to be accepted or rejected by us.
