The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

त्वयि संसारवर्तिन्यः पदार्थावलयस्तथा ।
कटकाङ्गदकेयूरयुक्तयः कनके यथा ॥ ५५ ॥

tvayi saṃsāravartinyaḥ padārthāvalayastathā |
kaṭakāṅgadakeyūrayuktayaḥ kanake yathā || 55 ||

All these various series of worldly productions, bear the same relation to thee, as the varieties of jewelleries (such as the bracelets and wristlets); are related to the gold.
