The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आत्मनात्मानमेवातः शान्तेनानुभवन्भवी ।
स्थितः सर्वेषु देहेषु तीक्ष्णत्वं मरिचेष्विव ॥ २२ ॥

ātmanātmānamevātaḥ śāntenānubhavanbhavī |
sthitaḥ sarveṣu deheṣu tīkṣṇatvaṃ mariceṣviva || 22 ||

He sees himself in himself, and is quietly situated in all things; as pungency resides in peppers, and sweetness in sugar &c.
