The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आमोद इव पुष्पेषु तैलं तिलकणेष्विव ।
रसजातिष्विवास्वादो देवो देहेषु संस्थितः ॥ १४ ॥

āmoda iva puṣpeṣu tailaṃ tilakaṇeṣviva |
rasajātiṣvivāsvādo devo deheṣu saṃsthitaḥ || 14 ||

This Lord is as closely situated in every body, as fragrance and fluidity, are inherent in flowers and sesamum seeds; and as flavour is inseparably connected with liquid substances.
