The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

इच्छाद्वेषसमुत्थेन द्वन्द्वमोहेन जन्तवः ।
धराविवरमग्नानां कीटानां समतां गताः ॥ १०९ ॥

icchādveṣasamutthena dvandvamohena jantavaḥ |
dharāvivaramagnānāṃ kīṭānāṃ samatāṃ gatāḥ || 109 ||

Foolish folks being subjected to repeated pains and pleasures by their various choice of things; follow at last the fate of ephemeral worms, that are born to move and die in their native ditches and bogs.
