कालत्रयमपश्यन्त्या हीनायाश्चेत्यबन्धनैः ।
चितश्चेत्यमुपेक्षिण्याः समतैवावशिष्यते ॥ १०० ॥

kālatrayamapaśyantyā hīnāyāścetyabandhanaiḥ |
citaścetyamupekṣiṇyāḥ samataivāvaśiṣyate || 100 ||

The intellect being withdrawn from its view of the events of the three tenses (i.e. the occurrences of the past, present and future times), and being freed from the fetters of its fleeting thoughts, there remains only a calm tranquillity.
