धावमानमिहामुत्र लुठितं लोकवृत्तिषु ।
संस्थापय निबद्ध्यैतच्चेतो हृदयकोटरे ॥ ४४ ॥

dhāvamānamihāmutra luṭhitaṃ lokavṛttiṣu |
saṃsthāpaya nibaddhyaitacceto hṛdayakoṭare || 44 ||

Restrain your mind in the cavity of your heart, from its flight in pursuit of the perishable objects of enjoyment, either in this life, or in the next, which are so alluring to all men of common sense.
