The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.27.29

ह्रियते दीयते वापि तत्किं कस्य किल क्षतम् ।
सर्वदा सर्वमेवाहं सर्वकृत्सर्वसंगतः ॥ २९ ॥

hriyate dīyate vāpi tatkiṃ kasya kila kṣatam |
sarvadā sarvamevāhaṃ sarvakṛtsarvasaṃgataḥ || 29 ||

What one gets or loses is no gain or loss to any (i.e. to the gainer or loser), because the same Ego always abides in all, and is the Maker of all and pervading everywhere.
