The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पौरुषेण क्रमेणादौ धनानि समुपार्जयेत् ।
धनैरभ्याहरेद्भव्यान्सुजनान्गुणशालिनः ॥ ६६ ॥

pauruṣeṇa krameṇādau dhanāni samupārjayet |
dhanairabhyāharedbhavyānsujanānguṇaśālinaḥ || 66 ||

You must first acquire your wealth by means of your manly exertions, and then get good and clever men in your company by means of your wealth.
