नियत्या विहितं कुर्वन्कदाचिन्नियतिं चरः ॥ ३३ ॥

sphuratyasmiñjagatkośe jīvo vyomnīva mārutaḥ |
niyatyā vihitaṃ kurvankadācinniyatiṃ caraḥ || 33 ||

Life or the living soul is spread out in the hollow sphere of the world, like air in vacuum. The psychic fluid circulates through all space.
