The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ध्येयत्यागरथारूढः करुणोदारया दृशा ।
लोकमालोकयन्दीनमातिष्ठोत्तिष्ठ राघव ॥ ७ ॥

dhyeyatyāgarathārūḍhaḥ karuṇodārayā dṛśā |
lokamālokayandīnamātiṣṭhottiṣṭha rāghava || 7 ||

Now rise O Rama! and remain aloft as in thy aerial car, by getting loose of your worldly desires; and looking pityingly on the miseries of grovelling mortals from above.
